2. Our Role

Kazbegi Paragliding is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Serhii Mykhailiuta (Registration No. 307474347, Georgia) under the SkyAtlantida brand. We provide booking, organization, and coordination services for tandem paragliding. We connect clients with independent, licensed professional pilots and operators who carry out the actual flight activity.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, contacting our team, submitting a request, or making a payment, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted these terms together with the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

4. Service Availability

Tandem paragliding depends on weather, wind direction, visibility, on-site safety decisions, road access, and partner availability. Listing on the website does not guarantee automatic confirmation of any specific date or time.

5. Booking

A booking is considered confirmed only after the agreed deposit has been received and accepted via WhatsApp, Telegram, or one of the supported payment channels.

6. Payment Methods

Bank of Georgia transfer, PayPal, Google Pay, and online payment links. By making a payment, you confirm that you are purchasing a booking and organization service.

7. Currency

Most prices are listed in GEL. If another currency is shown, actual processing happens in GEL based on the rate of your payment provider at transaction time.

8. Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for the accuracy of information provided, including age, weight, health considerations, and experience level. You agree to provide accurate information, follow pilot instructions, and inform us of relevant medical conditions before the flight.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for inability to deliver service due to weather, official restrictions, road closures, natural risks, technical issues, or other external circumstances. In such cases, rescheduling or refund follow our Refund Policy.

10. Liability

Tandem paragliding involves inherent risks. By booking, you acknowledge the nature of the activity and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the pilot. Pilots are licensed and follow professional safety standards. Insurance information is available on request.

11. Intellectual Property

Website texts, photos, videos, and brand materials are protected and may not be copied or reused without prior written permission.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. The version effective at the time of payment applies.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
