Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Deposit
A deposit secures your time slot and pilot. Standard deposit is 95 GEL or 30 EUR. The deposit is part of the booking and organization service.
2. Final Payment
The remaining balance is paid separately, on the day of the flight or as agreed in advance. All transaction fees (payment system, bank, transfer) are covered by the client.
3. Weather-Dependent Rescheduling
Tandem paragliding is fully weather-dependent. If the flight cannot start safely due to weather, wind, visibility, or on-site safety assessment:
- We offer rescheduling to another available date
- If rescheduling is not possible, the deposit is refunded minus payment system, bank, or transfer fees
4. Client-Initiated Cancellation
The deposit is non-refundable in the following cases:
- Cancellation initiated by the client
- No-show on the agreed date
- Late arrival outside the weather window
- Change of plans
- Refusal to participate on-site
- Failure to meet stated requirements (weight, health)
5. Weight Policy (Additional Charges)
- 80–100 kg: +100 GEL
- 100–110 kg: +150 GEL
- 110+ kg: upon request
6. Flight Duration Variation
Flight duration, route, and timing depend on real-time conditions. Variations in duration are not grounds for refund if the flight is completed safely.
7. Late Arrival
Late arrival may result in losing your slot due to limited weather windows and pilot scheduling. The deposit is retained.
8. Force Majeure
For cancellations due to natural disasters, official restrictions, road closures, or other force majeure outside our control: rescheduling is offered. If not feasible, the deposit is refunded minus transaction fees.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
10. Bank and Currency Fees
Bank fees, exchange rate differences, and payment platform fees may be non-refundable where they reflect costs already incurred.
