One of the worst experience, I paid online for a full ski suits, boots , helmets and all equipment, they provided me with boots and ski pads only, after I asked for a refund for the equipment I didn’t use or received they told me our policy we are not allowed to refund it was there for you but you didn’t ask for it…Old lady with attitude she doesn’t even know what she is doing and rude..All she cares about is taking photos of the boots and googles if a small scratch there they will try to charge you extra.She wasted 45min from our time to get us the right shoe size cuz she wasted 45min handling orders in her cafe as well at the same time.
